Pedro Hosts BPM Reunion 2008
Sometime in May or June 2008, Pedro was host to a unique BPM Reunion. Unique? well, for 2 reasons. 1. The event was recorded. Although the quality needed a flashlight, I still got a lot of laughs and tears of joy from this video. 2. The group showed a genuine display of affection for one another as they sing and dance to Motown. Well, it's a lot of videos with photos so I will let you check it out and experience the event. Great stuff guys....the U.S. group wish we were all there!

UNDEAD: The Resurrection of Puchie

Tesoro "Puchie" De Guzman has risen!!! After years having Puchie as one of the BPM deceased, I received an e-mail from Baby V, confirming that Mr. De Guzman is alive after all. This great news came in a few hours before the sad e-mail about Nog Nog Fernandez' passing away. A strange coincidence indeed! So, welcome back Puchie.

Robert Bob "Nognog" Fernandez is Dead

Robert Bobby Fernandez was reported to have passed away. We nicknamed him "Nog Nog". I still have vivid memories of those days we hanged out roaming the streets of Dapitan and Gov. Forbes. Nog loves to play the drums. We listened to Steppenwolf and I remember those days when we listened to the Blind Faith's album over and over again...Ginger Baker's drum solo..you know. Anyway...send Bobby pleasant thoughts. Think of those happier days. We love you Bob and we will forever be friends! Check out NogNog's photos.

Seattle Natives: Palm Drawings by Phil Rodriguez
One way I kill time during extremely boring meetings is to doodle on my Palm Pilot. I just save and later import to PS to work on the layers for color. This slideshow was created using the PhotoBucket site tools.
"IOD" the background music is by Greg Tripi also from PhotoBucket.

Most of the time, Seattle is grey. Grey mornings, afternoon and sometimes grey nights! Having the to work in the city and the suburbian areas, different times of the day, one gets to view a surreal and sometimes spectacular changes in the city's landscape.
I have often attempted and failed to explain what i see so i attempt to capture these images through my paintings, photographs, video, music and poems.
On your left is one of the chosen 35 photos out of 5000 entries taken by Seattle residents featured in a The SeattlePI's Seattle Pix. The Readers Photos of the Year 2008 #34 photo is my entry, Click on philr to view the rest of my photos.
